I specialize in working with a builder and taking the house from construction to finished product, ready for the rental market. When the owners see the house it is ready for them to celebrate and sleep in. I have been involved with the builder in selection of flooring, bath & kitchen tiles, countertops, cabinetry and more. I have worked with the electricians on the placement of light fixtures, with regards to furniture placement, TV & cable connections electrical outlets and more. From there, it has been furniture selection with respect room layout, size, style & budget. Then the finishing treatments such as window treatments, bedding, kitchen & bath accessories, lamps, artwork and other decorative accessories. I am the one stop place to go to bring your interiors to life!

This past year I completed 5 Ocean Front homes for Saga Construction all located on the Southern Beaches. Two are in South Nags Head and three in the Hattie Creef development of Salvo.

Built as investment homes they are all have been very successful their first year in the rental market. All are 5,000 sq. ft. or more and have 8 Master Bedrooms with their own baths, rec. room with pool table and foosball table, dedicated theater room, elevator, pool and hot tub.
The three Hattie Creef homes are unique as they each have a very different personality and style. Moonshine has a 4th level Martini Bar with an awesome ocean view complete with a red leather sofa and a poker table with black leather chairs. Rising Sun has an exercise room and a mural of King Kong in the theater room and an outdoor bar that can seat 12. Two of these homes have a children’s playground area equipped with Little Tikes, outdoor fireplace and TV’s.

Malaika, which is Swahili for Angel, is a beautiful oceanfront home located in South Nags Head. This home was custom created & built by Saga Construction. It is over 4,000 square feet & includes a Gourmet Kitchen, 8 Master Bedrooms, Game Room with bar, Theater Room, Elevator, Pool & Hot Tub. This house has plasma TV’s & ceiling fans throughout & a reverse floor plan.
The 3rd floor has a Gourmet Kitchen with granite counter tops, custom tile back-splash, stainless steel appliances, dual built in ovens, 2 dishwashers, a side–by-side refrigerator & icemaker in the bar. Beautiful hardwood floors cover the Great Room and Dining Room with dark wood tables and leather chairs. A very comfortably cream colored leather sectional is just the place to sit and relax and watch the waves. The Grand Master is elegant with a fireplace, a whirlpool tub, custom tile & of course an ocean view.
The 2nd floor is all about comfort with 5 Master Bedrooms each with sliding patio doors leading to the deck and the views. Imagine enjoying sunrises in the morning and sunsets in the evening. Views abound from this stately home
The 1st floor houses a great Game Room with a pool table, foosball, wet bar with a full size refrigerator, icemaker, dishwasher & microwave, game table & queen sleep sofa. The Theater Room with projector has Dolby Surround Sound & custom reclines for 7.
If you prefer the sun, walk out to the many decks and the heated pool is only steps away. There is the much requested built in kiddie pool & a hot tub, picnic tables & a private walkway to take you directly to the beach. How grand is that!!!

This home is amazing. Built & designed by Saga Builders it boasts 16 rooms with 8 Master Bedrooms, & is a gem to behold. Completed with a Game Room, Sports Bar, Theater Room, Ocean & Sound Lofts, Elevator plus a beautiful heated pool with Tiki Bar and walkway to the ocean this house has it all. With a reverse floor plan, the Gourmet kitchen includes granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances & 2 dishwashers, plus a bar leading to the Gentlemen’s Lounge. The Ocean Loft is breath-taking & quite relaxing. It’s the perfect place to gaze out into the ocean, read a book or just relax. The Great Room & Dining Room has hardwood floors, a gas fireplace & plasma TV and is beautifully decorated. The Grand Master Bedroom is exactly that; a grand master. Natural stone tile with hints of green fill the shower. The black cabinetry carries into the bedroom. Outstanding furnishings were hand chosen by the owner.
